Content: Handwritten letter from Cron [Samuel Cronwright-Schreiner] to R F Muirhead, Limpsfield, Surrey, 20 June 1900. Received his note of 30 May. His plans have been altered by events in South Africa and he is sailing to Cape Town on 7 July. Apologises for not returning to Scotland and seeing him. Asks if he likes the photo he sent. Refers to dispute between Hobson and Hosken: 'Editor won't give Hobson an opportunity of replying'. Says that many publications are closed to them. Is glad to have met him, sends rememberances to his wife and children.
