Paper, 6 7/8 x 4 1/8, ff. 90, written in a minute hand in double cols. of 19 lines, each 4 1/8 x 1, several leaves tinted blue and yellow, illuminated headpiece and gilt margins at the beginning, rubrics. (A.H. 991 = 1583 A.D.)
Binding: Millboards, covered crimson morocco, floral devices stamped on the centre of each board and the flap (repaired)
