Remarks: The first quire contains a synopsis of the book in large hand, and some prescriptions. The verso of the first folio of the work states that the volume came into the possession of Muhammad al Khaki in the year 1144 A.H. (1731-2 A.D.) This copy was finished in the month of Rajab 788 A.H. (Aug. 1386 A.D.).
