Inserted loose at the beginning are four leaves (9 x 6 5/8), the first containing a title-page by G.S. Bayer, in single cols. of 22 lines [Syriac] and 17-19 lines [Arabic] each 7 3/8 x 5 and 7 3/4 x 5 respectively, margined with ink in the Syriac only, rubrics and green (directions) in the Syriac, rubrics and rubricated titles in the Arabic, paged, in pencil, on alternate rectos (pp. 1-151).
