Content: Zainu'l din Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr Hasanu'l Razi, Tuhfatu'l Muluk.
A Commonplace Book, the only piece of any length being the Tuhfatu'l Muluk ('A Gift for Kings'), a compendium of divine offices.
Remarks: A pencilled note by Mr. Gibb is inserted loose at the beginning: Scrap-book containing notes and treatises in | Arabic and Turkish. | Those in Turkish deal chiefly with mystic or medical subjects - several are imperfect. E.J.W.G.
A shield-shaped paper label is attached to the first board with an Arabic inscription: Noble Collection containing many pleasantries and large jewels - property of the late Shaikh Sulaiman Effendi. See MS Hunter 150 (Remarks).
Two leaves of a MS., paper, 8 1/8 x 5 5/8, with astronomical diagrams in red and black, written in single cols. of 19 lines, each 5 3/4 x 3, are inserted loose in this MS.
