Physical Description: Bound volume.
Vellum, 7 x 4 5/8, ff. 189, well written in single cols. of 23 lines, each 4 7/8 x 2 3/4-4 x 2 5/8, ruled and margined with ink, catchwords, foliation (XVII. Cent.), signatures (traces only), illuminated (blue and red) initials with gestures, small initials red and blue alternately, rubrics, rubricated paragraph marks, initials touched with vermilion, marginalia, cropped, much thumbed, but well preserved on the whole, fol. sec. owne soule. Late Cent. XIV.
Binding: Original, stout pasteboards, covered sheep-skin, stained crimson, vellum backstraps, back anciently re-covered, now decayed, fragments of paper labels in top and bottom panels, on the latter apparently a number: G 30, the sheep-skin is torn on the front board. Late Cent. XIV.
