Begins (1, 2 recto lines 1-15): RELAZIONE | del Viaggio, che ho fatto io | Aloisio Camilleri | della Valletta, | da Malta alle Spagne; | del ritorno alla Patria, e di | tutto quanto ui pasṣ, e mi | occorse uedere di bello, e cu= | rioso in tutti i luoghi, oue | sono stato. | Essendomi partito li 25 di | Aprile 1701., e restituito | in porto | li 8 decembre di detto | anno.
Ends (26, 6 verso [p. 412] line 21): à tutte gli amici miei.
Remarks: On the front board is the heraldic book-plate of John Stevenson, in chief (azure) three stars (argent), on a field (argent) chevron (azure), with two fleurs-de-lis above and one below it (?or).
Over this is a slip of note-paper in the Rev. Joseph Stevenson's, S.J., hand: Presented to the Hunterian | Museum, Glasgow, by Joseph | Stevenson. | 23d. Jany 1828.
On i, 1 recto (twice) in a scrawling XVIII. Cent. hand: Antonia Ierrera (?).
On 1, 1 recto autograph: Joseph Stevenson | Berwick.
On pages 413-428 are mercantile memoranda dated: 9th febraro 1767 to 1 Giugnio 1767. On the last is the signature of Natale Cammilleri.
On pp. 464-435 (inverted) are more memoranda, from 13 Gennaro 1167 (sic) to 29 Aprile 1775, chiefly accounts of the buying and selling of Arab and negro slaves.
On p. 464 (inverted) are two entries dated respectively li 14 Luglio, and li 31 Luglio 1783: Dati alla Commare per Ordine del Compradore Monsignore Michaele - scudi 10.
There is no Hunterian Museum Library book-plate on this volume.

Paper, 8 x 5 3/4, ff. 232, in single cols. of 23 lines, each 6 3/8 x 3 3/4, margins marked by folding, no lines ruled, no signatures, catchwords, every page, pagination by the writer (beginning 2, 1 recto and ending 27, 1 recto), pp. 1-417, marginal headings, clean and well preserved. Early Cent. XVIII.
Binding: Original, millboards, covered crimson morocco, plain panelled back, gilt edges. Early Cent. XVIII.
