Paper, 8 x 5 7/8, ff. 72, well written in single cols. of 22 lines, each 6 x 3 3/4, margined, but not ruled, with red ink, no catchwords or foliation, signatures, marginalia in the same hand, clean and well preserved, fol. sec. The Ymage. Cent. XVI. (30th Dec., 1555).
Binding: Original, pasteboards, covered crimson calf (faded to brown), gilt-tooled, panels, on sides and panelled back, gilt edges, remains of red silk ribbon ties. Cent. XVI.
