Vellum, 8 3/8 x 5½, ff. 24, written in Flemish (or German) hand, in double cols. of 39 lines, each 6 5/8 x 2, no signatures or catchwords, foliation, modern, in pencil, margined and ruled with brown crayon, rubrics and rubricated initials, no marginalia, fol. sec. uterque apud. Cent. XII.-XIII.
Binding: Millboards, covered vellum, blind-tooled embossed central stamps, vellum straps, sham-panelled back. Late Cent. XVII.
