Paper, 11 3/8 x 8¼, ff. 122, well written (north) Italian hand, in single cols. of 30 lines, each 7¼ x 4 3/4, margined and ruled with bodkin, signatures, numerical, on first rectos, catchwords vertical and (except last two) rubricated, no foliation, large blue initials, small blue capitals (confined to the seventh page where the initials' gestures occupy the inner and upper margins), rubrics, few (mostly rubricated) marginalia, clean, well preserved, vellum slips in centres of quires, fol. sec. Interitus. Cent. XV.
Binding: Modern, millboards, quarter-bound calf and marbled-paper, title, original (gilt), on crimson morocco shield: SUETONIUS. Cent. XX.
