Vellum, 12 x 9, ff. 46, well written in an Italian hand, in single cols. of 40 lines, each 8 x 5 5/8, ruled and margined with bodkin, signatures (red), catchwords (cropped), no foliation, first initial gilt and illuminated, blue and red initials, marginalia, vellum defective and repaired (lower margins), clean and well preserved, fol. sec. cunctorum. Cent. XV.
Binding: Limp pasteboards, covered vellum, title (gilt) on crimson morocco shield: DE REBUS | IN ITAL. | GESTIS | COD. MEM. Late Cent. XVII.
