Paper, 6 x 4¼, ff. 43, originally ff. 44, well written in Italy (?), in single cols. of 18 lines, each 4 3/4 x 3, no signatures, catchwords (every page), foliation, ff. 1-40, in the same hand, no marginalia, clean, well preserved, not ruled, inner and outer margins marked with plummet and brown crayon. Cent. XVII.-XVIII.
Binding: Original, vellum limp, gilt-tooled lines and stamps, sides, and (sham) panelled back, formerly fastened with ribbons, now gone. Early Cent. XVIII.
