Paper, 9 7/8 x 7 5/8, ff. 258, in the same hand as in U.4.12, 13, 15, in single cols. of about 25 lines, each 8 x 6, paged (1-421), no signatures or catchwords, margined with red but not ruled, no marginalia (beyond the references to membranae), rough edges, clean and well preserved. Early Cent. XVIII.
Binding: Original, millboards, covered rough brown calf, blind-tooled and stamped as U.4.12 and 13, similar title (damaged): EXTT: ROT: | NORMANN: Early Cent. XVIII.
