Vellum, 10 5/8 x 7 7/8, ff. 111, originally ff. 112, well written in an Italian (?) hand, in single cols. (ff. 1-104) of 28 lines, each 8 x 5 3/4, and in double cols. (ff. 105-111) of 28 lines, each 8 x 3, ruled and margined with bodkin, foliation (XVIII. Cent.), no catchwords or signatures (probably cropped), illuminated initials (grotesques), rubrics (3) and rubricated initials, marginalia, the first and last folios gnawed, the latter damp-stained, cropped, fol. sec. Quod esse. Cent. XII (?).
Binding: Millboards, covered brown sheepskin, gilt-tooled sides and back, gilt edges, title (ink) on a slip of modern buff paper: ANSELM | MARBODEVS. Early Cent. XVIII.
