Vellum, 9 1/8 x 6, ff. 101, originally ff. 103, written in Holland in a good bold hand, in single cols. of 22 lines, each 6-7 x 4, signatures in pencil and ink (the latter in top corners, mostly cropped), catchwords, foliation, modern, in pencil (partial), illuminated initials, first page floreated, small red and blue initials, rubrics, initials touched with gamboge, marginalia, fol. sec. esse securus. Cent. XIV.
Binding: Original, bevelled beech boards, covered rough sheepskin, originally strapped and clasped, back covered with grey paper (like U.7.5.), title (ink) modern, on a slip of paper: BASILIUS. Cent. XIV.
