On the margin of 21, 1. is a scribbled note in a XVI. Cent. English.
On ii, 2 recto in XVI. Cent. English: In the name of Ihs helpe me amen | In the name of god amen. [Then in a smaller, earlier hand:] Ihs haue merci amen | Ihs haue merci amen. [Six lines of late XVI. Cent. writing follow, wholly erased, after which in the same small hand as above:] Ihs haue merci | In the name of god amen.
A name appears to have been obliterated on the opposite page.
The Commentary extends, with lacunae, represented by the lost folios noted in the Collation, from the middle of verse 3 in the first Psalm to the end of the Psalter.

Physical Description: Bound volume.
Vellum, 10 3/4 x 7, ff. 274, originally ff. 283, evenly written in double cols. of 41-48 lines, each 7 3/8 x 2 3/8, margined with ink, not ruled, signatures, catchwords, no foliation, blue initials with red ornaments and gestures, rubrics and rubricated initials, authorities quoted and paragraph marks, small red ornamented capitals, marginalia, fol. sec. conformare. Late Cent. XV.
Binding: Original, beech boards, covered brown calf, blind-tooled in double lines, forming a diagonally cancellated pattern in the centre. On the front board this has a chevron in the lower half on a chequer-lined pattern, back recently repaired, remains of brass clasps. Late Cent. XV.
