Paper, 11 x 8, ff. 89, originally ff. 90, well written in double cols. of 36-41 lines, each 8 x 2 5/8, margined, not ruled, with brown crayon, no catchwords or foliation, signatures (nearly quite cropped), illuminated initials, red and blue initials, on the second folio an elaborately gilt illuminated initial, and floreated (red ink) margins, red and blue paragraph marks, no marginalia, well preserved, fol. sec. explicit prefatio. Cent. XVI. (1515).
