Paper, 12 5/8 x 8, ff. 55, originally ff. 68, in single cols. of about 43 lines, each 12 x 6, margins marked by folding, not ruled, partial pagination in same hand, no catchwords or signatures. Early Cent. XVIII. (1714).
Binding: Original, limp pasteboard, covered with sized paper with rough coloured pattern in green and crimson strips, back repaired with grey paper like V.7.5 and V.7.6. Cent. XVIII.
