Paper, 7 x 5, ff. 256, written in several hands in single cols. of about 19 lines, each about 5 x 3 3/4, rubrics (partial), marginalia, seven quires in the middle are a trifle larger than the rest, the first quires are cropped.
Binding: Not original, original (?morocco) binding had a flap (for its impress see ff. 178, 179), pasteboards, covered vellum, plain panelled back
