The second col. of fol. 104 recto and the first of fol. 104 verso contain a full index, probably by the foliator, of the Epistles, headed: tituli epistolarum in hoc uolumine contentarum Fol. 62 recto has a list of the Epistles, which follow, headed and concluded with rubrics; the titles beginning alternately with red and blue capitals: Incipi- | unt capitula epistolarum sancti ieronimi presbyteri in extrema | parte huius libri.

Vellum, 15 x 10 5/8, ff. 104, well written, with very black ink, in double cols. of 56 lines, each 10¼ x 3 3/8, margined and ruled with plummet, foliation contemporary, catchwords, signatures, contemporary (marked with plummet), illuminated red and blue initials, with gestures vice versa, rubrics, marginalia mostly erased, fol. sec. arbores. Cent. XIV.-XV.
Binding: Millboards, covered panelled calf, blind-tooled sides, gilt-tooled panels back, title (gilt) on crimson morocco shield; HIERON | EPISTO. Cent. XVIII.
